Before you begin

Where available, please have supporting documentation ready to upload as you complete this application.

This may include:

  • Most recent AGM minutes and treasure's report.
  • A copy of your Public Liability Insurance.
  • Incorporation status. Groups must be incorporated. Groups that are not incorporated are welcome to apply if they are auspiced by another incorporated entity.
  • Copies of costings and/or receipts.
  • A current volunteer Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Your project information.
  • Any other documents that support your grant application.

Please remember that before you are eligible to apply for grant funding for the 2025-26 round, you must have acquitted any previous funding received. Please email environment@mrsc.vic.gov.au to find out more information.
