- Event Management Plan
- Event site plan
- Insurance: Certificate of Currency
- Risk Management Plan
- Traffic Management Plan
- Quotes for Traffic Management services and/or required traffic controls to ensure a safe service.
- Any other documents that support the management of the event or that are relevant to the event budget.
*Please note, if your event has not changed from previous years, you can attach the documentation from the current year. However, your quotes for the 2027 service must be attached.
